INGREDIENTS:-
- 11/2 Rice boiled (almost done)
- 1tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/3 tsp onion grated
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped)
- 2-3 green chillies (slit from center)
- 1tsp red chili powder(lal mirch)
- 1tsp turmeric powder(haldi)
- 1tsp garam masala
- Salt as required
- 1tsp lemon juice(optional)
- 2tsp coriander (dhania)
- 1 packet maggi masala
- 2-3 curry leaves(optional)
- 2tbsp oil
HOW TO MAKE Healthy Biryani Recipe:-
- Take a big pan , add oil + cumin seeds + curry leaves + green chillies + red chilly powder.
- Saute and add onion + ginger-garlic paste. saute till brown.
- Now add mixed vegetables, stir over medium flame till half done and then add all the spices(salt, turmeric , garam masala, maggi masala)
- Cook , covered for about 7-8 min and then mix it with lemon juice
- Now add rice(almost done) and mix it with vegetables
- Then cover it over low heat for 5-10 min and garnish it with coriander leaves.
