Healthy Oat Pancake is specially for kids and ones who want to lose the weight . This pancakes made of Oats and secret ingredient Soya which give boost to your energy and metabolism. So lets starts with the recipe:-

INGREDIENTS FOR HEALTHY OAT PANCAKE :-
Water to soak oats
1tsp oil
200 gms oats
150gms soya (nutri)
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt as per requirment
HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY OAT PANCAKE :-
1. Soak the oats and soya in little warm water for about 40-45 min.
2. Now Grind oats and soya along with green chillies, garlic paste and salt then make fine paste .
3. add water if required so that batter should be in pouring consistency.
4. take a non-stick pan and add 2-3 drops of oil and pour the batter to make pancake about 1/4 inch thick.
5.Cook this on both sides on medium flame till it turns slightly brown.
6. And now your pancakes are ready to eat serve it with any sauce or curd.
